April 2011 DAMAC, The Heights, The Lofts, Courtyard I & Courtyard 2 – Abdali Development Project
UNEC/El Concorde Construction Ltd joint venture has received the letter of acceptance by Damac Investments and Properties Company LLC, Jordan to construct the The Heights, The Lofts Courtyard 1 & 2 Buildings at Abdali Development Project in Amman, Jordan.
The project includes all civil works (skeleton and architectural finishing) and will be built on a total area of 66,050 m2.
The total value of the contract is 42 million JD’s and is to be completed over 20 months.
The joint venture between El Concorde and UNEC has been formed on an equal basis.
