A construction of a light to medium industrial complex. The project included construction of access road, local streets, fire protection, administrative and support buildings and utilities to support the complex
• Building an Approximate area of 2000m2 including landscape works
• Relocated Dead Sea Highway, Internal and Access Roads, Excavation, Embankment, Structural Excavation for Box and Pipe Culverts, Pavement and Asphalt.
• Water distribution network including pumps, fire hydrants, etc…, sanitary sewer network including pipes, manholes, etc…, and storm water drainage network including street inlets, manholes, pipes, etc…
• Construction of a 3.5 km of the Re-Aligned/ Dead sea Highway along with 700m of an Airport Access Road, construction of a main sanitary sewer line of 600mm diameter starting from the project until it links with existing domestic Aqaba sewer network 5km to the south of the site, construction of main water line of 300mm diameter starting from the project until it links with the existing domestic Aqaba water network 7 km to the south of the site, and construction of main drainage channels to protect the site from flood
