The project includes mainly providing consulting engineering services for the full preparation of: a planning report, Environmental Impact Assessment study, site investigations, topographical survey, final design and tender documents for the construction of a dam at Qara Ali near Sulamaniyah city, with irrigation project at shaherzor plain.
