• The scope included pipeline design, installation of the pipeline and ancillary works, commissioning, training and maintenance. The conveyer links Ain Ghazal TP with Al-Samra WWTP in Jordan
• The installation of approximately 31km of 1500 mm steel pipe including site survey, stringing, excavation, bedding, laying, welding and backfilling.
• Works also included complementary works such as gabion, riprap works on Wadi crossings, culverts, and road reinstatements.
• Laying of steel pipe of 1500 mm inside tunnel (tunnel diameter of approximately 4.5 m, length 4.6 km), works included also concrete divider walls inside the tunnel, cover slabs, backfilling, cable trays, control boxes and lighting.
• Construction of 26km maintenance track 3m wide
• the erection of two stations at Ain Ghazal and Al Samra WS ponds and three additional line valve stations.
• Operation and control system for the new conveyor
• Rehabilitation of the corrosion protection system of the existing wastewater siphon.
• Erosion Protection measures for the existing wastewater siphon
