The scope of work comprises the supply of materials as well as the installation, reconstruction and rehabilitation of the primary water system in the area of Ghuweir, Mhai, Um Hamad, Lajjoun, Qasr and Mouta.
• Rehabilitation of the existing Ghuweir pump station and existing reservoirs, A) including all civil, electrical and mechanical work and operation and maintenance training.
B) supply and installation of new pumps and electrical equipment in Ghuweir PS to pump to new Mouta Reservoir
C) supply and installation of new chlorination equipment
D) supply and installation of new SCADA control equipment
E) supply and installation of new pumps and electrical equipment in Mhai PS to pump to the new Um-Hamad reservoir
• Replacement of the existing pump Main
• Supply and installation of a parallel pump main
• Construction of a new reinforced concrete reservoir with 2,000m3 at Mouta at an elevation of 1,235 m.a.s.l
• Construction and installation of a new pump station attached to the new Mouta reservoir for pump supply to the new proposed Mazar Reservoir
• Rehabilitation of the existing Mhai pump station, Civil and mechanical works
