This project aims to upgrade the production line 5 at Fuhais plant to a maximum capacity of 2400 t/d clinker
Medium Voltage:
A) 1 No. for converter Transformer 400KVA, 6/0.525 KV.
B) 1 No. for converter Transformer 630 KVA, 6/ 0.69 KV
C) 1 No. for spare Suitable for 2000 KVA converter transformer duty.
In addition, there was a modification in some of the existing 6KV breaker panels to suite the new requirements. The new Modifications in the 6KV has been reflected to a new change in the Mimic Iagram in the Central Control Room
Low Voltage: Supply and install 4 new MMC's of draw out version complete with all necessary connections and interface to the new PLC system
Erection of all new electric modifications:
A) install the frequency converter panels
B) Install all new PLC panels
C) Install all new Motors
D) Install and terminate all new M.V & L.V cables
E) Make all the connections for the new MCC's with marshalling racks & PLC RIO cards.
F) Make the new connections for the existing MCC's with the new PLC RIO cards
